Member Eligibility

To register and use tuna55 services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Age 18 years old or above at the time of registration.
• Not residing in any jurisdiction that prohibits participation in online gambling activities.
• Never been declared by a court or authority as a person prohibited from gambling activities.
• Registering under your own name and not on behalf of any other party.
• Not included on any self-exclusion list from any responsible gambling program that you yourself applied for.

Tuna55 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If it is proven that an underage member has registered, the account will be terminated immediately and all balances forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at tuna55. Registering more than one account — whether using a different name, phone number, email address, IP address, or device information — is strictly prohibited.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account username and password.
• Any activity that occurs within your account is your responsibility, even if carried out by another party with or without your knowledge.
• Tuna55 must be notified immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.
• A tuna55 account is for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other party.

Deposit & Payment

Tuna55 supports a wide range of secure and convenient deposit methods for Malaysia users, including FPX bank transfers, e-wallets, and other digital methods available on the platform.

• The minimum deposit is RM 10 per transaction.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered under your own name.
• Tuna55 does not accept deposits from third parties or through methods whose ownership cannot be verified.
• Deposited funds will be credited to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant financial service provider.
• Tuna55 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
• Any attempt to commit payment fraud or perform unauthorized transaction chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and legal action where necessary.

Fund Withdrawal

Tuna55 members are entitled to withdraw funds in their account subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per request.
• A complete identity verification (KYC) process must be completed before the first withdrawal request is approved.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in certain circumstances approved by the tuna55 team.
• The withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours business days after verification is complete.
• Tuna55 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits, as a fraud prevention measure.
• Any bonus that has not met the rollover requirement is not eligible for withdrawal until that condition is fulfilled.

Bonus & Promotions

Tuna55 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following terms unless otherwise stated in the specific terms of the relevant promotion:

• Bonuses are only eligible for one account, one device, one IP address, and one payment method per user.
• The standard rollover (turnover) requirement is x10 for deposit bonuses and x25 for free bonuses — please review the terms of each promotion separately.
• The validity period to fulfil the rollover requirement is 30 days from the date the bonus is credited.
• Tuna55 reserves the right to void any bonus if there are signs of abuse, including arbitrage betting or strategies designed to circumvent rollover requirements.
• All decisions regarding bonus eligibility are final and cannot be disputed.

Game Rules

All games on the tuna55 platform are operated in accordance with the rules set by their respective game providers. Members agree to comply with the following rules:

• Any attempt to exploit bugs or software vulnerabilities in the games is prohibited and may result in account termination.
• The use of automated software, bots, or third-party assistance tools during gameplay is strictly prohibited.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, tuna55 will resolve the issue based on the last saved system record.
• Results issued by an audited game system are final.
• Tuna55 is not liable for any losses caused by internet or device disruptions on the user's end.

Security & Identity Verification (KYC)

• Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified period may result in withdrawals being delayed until verification is complete.
• Tuna55 maintains records of all transactions and account activity in accordance with legal compliance requirements.

Account Closure & Suspension

Tuna55 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Proven cases of fraud, hacking, or illegal activity.
• Multiple account registrations by the same user.
• Systematic abuse of bonuses or promotions.
• Providing false information or fraudulent documents during registration or KYC.
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward tuna55 customer service staff.

In the event of a legitimate account closure (not due to a breach of terms), any account balance not subject to any outstanding bonus will be returned to the member.

Liability Limit

To the extent permitted by applicable law, tuna55 and any of its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect loss or damage arising from the use of the platform.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
• Losses caused by the user's own negligence, such as sharing login credentials.

Tuna55's maximum liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the member within the 30 days preceding the claim.
